The proceeds from the sale of these products will go to support the Sportsmen for Oregon PAC** and their efforts to push this and similar concepts to the Oregon Legislature during the 2027 Legislative Session. If passed it will go to voters in November of 2028. Read the draft of the proposed amendment here.
**The Sportsmen for Oregon PAC is committed to ensuring that any concept brought to the Legislature via Legislative Concept or voters via Initiative Petition enshrines our rights in a manner acceptable to Oregonians that will survive years of judicial review. Another similar concept going through the signature collection process, IP25, has cleared the first phase with about 2,000 signatures and is in the process of drafting a ballot title. Once receiving a ballot title signature collection will be allowed.
